Painted Paper Collage
These paintings were created with paper printed on a gel plate using layers of acrylic paint with stencils, mark making and other techniques. The papers are then torn to represent brush marks and glued in place. Water soluble oil pastels, ink, acrylic paint a then delicately use to add any shading or details to the finished piece. This time consuming process produces a beautiful painting unlike no other process.
